Stacey and Jannifer McHill Celebrated their thirteenth birthday amongst family and friends. The day started off magically, but it ended in unspeakable violence. That evening as their parents tucked them into bed, the McHill family became victims of the worst home invasion in the history of Shreveport, Louisiana. The intruders, once inside the home, commenced in committing the most heinous acts of physical violence imaginable on the couple as the twins watched in absolute horror. After seven hours of mind-bending torture, their parents succumbed  to their wounds and the intruders focused their attention on the twins. But somehow Stacey and Jannifer survived and were taken to the local  hospital. Six months later they were transferred to the Louisiana State Psychiatric Center where they became patients of the renown Dr. Susan Patterson. Dr.Patterson, who specialized in abnormal psychology, believed that the horror of that night was buried deep within the twins subconscious minds and without intense therapy, the madness of that night will manifest itself in some unforeseen way.The doctor argued this point because the twins only living relative, an aunt from Harlem New York, was bringing the twins back to the city to live with her. Dr. Patterson believed that a place like Harlem N.Y. will be detrimental to the girls delicate psyche...

 and so it began.

Three years to the day of that vicious home invasion and on the twins sixteenth birthday, an African-American male was found on the rooftop of a housing complex in Harlem. The first responders were shocked at the manner in which the body was displayed. This was the beginning of a series of murders that will shock the city of New York to its foundation.

Assigned to the case was famed Detective Isis Williams and her partner, Andrew Taylor, who was new to homicide and who was fighting his own personal demons.

Detective Isis Williams has engaged in a hunt, a hunt the will push her past the threshold of depression. She is on the hunt for two of the most dangerous, elusive, and youngest serial killers she has ever encountered, 16-year-old Stacey and Jannifer McHill...THE TWINS.
